Hey Guys ❤
Today we are going to talk about the Kylie Cosmetics Royal Peach palette!
If you want to know how I created this look, just go ahead and watch the video. I made sure to keep it simple and easy to recreate, because i guess a lot of you and so am I, are not professional Makeup artists.
Review on the Royal Peach palette
But besides just showing you an eyelook, I also wanted to talk about my experience with her new “Royal” palette.
I was so exited when I got this baby in my mail last week that I instantly tried it out.
I am really in love with all the Orange/Peachy shades in this palette, they are so freaking pigmented and lovely on i think so many skintones.
Well but I still have to admit that I am pretty disappointed in the blue color called Royal, which you really have to build up to get a nice pigment. I literally had to dip into the color like 3 times to get a nice pigmented blue.
Of course you can use a little bit of fixing spray on your brush to make it more intense, but I wanted to show you all the shadows, the way they apply without any tricks.
Another thing is, some of the shimmery shadows are almost impossible to apply with a brush. As you saw in my Video, I had to apply Duchess with my finger because there was barely any pigment picked up with a brush.
But not all the shimmery shades are like that! I totally fell in love with “Mojito” this shimmery eyeshadow is so pretty and easy to apply!
So as you can see, there are some good things but also some more negative things according to this palette. Even though I really like the colors in this palette and would totally recommend it to those of you, that are into the peachy shades and like to rock a more colorful but bright eyeshadow look.
I hope you guys enjoyed
XO

I’m sad to hear that Royal isn’t super pigmented, it’s basically the only reason I want to pick up that palette!

Please keep in mind, with some simple hacks and tricks (wet brush) you can get a lot of pigmentation. Maybe you can try the palette from a friend and check if the pigmentation is good enough for you. ❤
